The next part of our journey around the world was up in the Northern Europe, Finland! My family and I hopped on a plane from London, and embarked on the journey to the top of the world.
I wasn't so excited as I should have been because I hadn't heard much about it and I thought that it was just a short lull until the next part of our journey. I was so wrong though!
Most of our time in Finland was at the capital Helsinki. Did you know that Finnish people eat reindeer meat? We had so much fun in Finland! We saw this remarkable place in Helsinki called "Temppeliaukion" Church which was completely made of stones!
On the side, there was a big organ instrument that played beautiful music. I think one of the factors that the organ could play such nice music was that the stones spiralling up created a perfect echo sound.
Finland loves rye bread! The hotel we were staying at offered lots of rye bread and there also was this berry known as the Bilberry, also known as the arctic berry. The hotel also served a juice made completely out of the Arctic berries.
Everything was so delicious and it is still the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of beautiful Finland.
Another place I remember going to is a BIG library in Helsinki. It was super modern and had around three stories. I remember standing in awe in front of the giant building.
Here are some photos that I have:

It was really cool there! All of the walls were stone and the echoing felt like it was bouncing off the wall, back and forth a million times!
That church is the coolest, i don't remember seeing it on my trip. Will have to go again!
