When I was 7 years old, my Mom and I wrote a book on diversity. Back then, I wasn't so good at drawing but I was able to make the cover! Then we sent the drawing to an illustrator and she made it into a cover!
The book talks about a class of students from many cultures. It is international day in the school! The students show their traditional clothes that they wear on special occasions. They tell us what is is called and which country it is from.

While writing this book, I used to talk to my friends who were from different countries.
There was a Japanese girl in my school and her name was Sana. When I told her about the book, she said the she wanted the Japanese character named after her. So we did that and also changed a few things on the way.
I even named the Indian character after me!
When we published it and put it on Amazon! Our family was really happy because this had been a great family project and I love family projects!
The best thing that happened after that was when I went to school and the teacher showed my book to the whole class. That was the best feeling ever. Then the principal made the book"required reading" on International Day every year! She bought forty books!

I loved that book... Your mom is such an inspiration and is so multi talented. You are very lucky to be involved in the world of books so early in your life.
